Nick Elias Architects offers design services from concept to completion. We have great relationships with planning experts, trusted builders and other consultants. We only work with experts in the built environment who do their best to make your vision a reality.

We have experience in listed buildings, conservation areas, detailed planning applications, concept design, technical design, construction, and time/cost-based planning.

We are London based but work all around the globe on occasion; consulting with larger firms on architecture and placemaking. We get an enormous sense of enjoyment from developing ideas with clients, understanding their vision, and showing them what's possible in their budget.

Working at Foster + Partners and as an Associate at Haptic Architects, Director Nick Elias has worked on many design-oriented and culturally significant schemes such as the Apple Headquarters in California, HS2 Euston, Istanbul New Airport, and the new Oslo Government Headquarters long with many new UK towns with architect partners. Nick founded NEA to follow the agenda of design excellence, calling on expertise and organisational skills from the larger firms, but focusing on smaller more intimate architecture.

We offer quality design, starting by listening to clients carefully to understand their requirements and priorities. We often develop a lasting relationship with clients, advising beyond the norm to ensure they are as happy as possible with our services.

We also provide our services remotely, although we prefer to visit sites frequently. Our practice works very well remotely and have done so for projects in the US, Norway and Sweden.
